Oil flows from one of three valves on a new 75-ton capping stack sitting on a pipe gushing oil at the Deepwater Horizon drilling site in the Gulf of Mexico. BP engineers repaired a leak on the new well cap, enabling pressure testing to continue. If tests are successful, it will enable BP to stop oil from pouring into the sea.
